Join us on our In The Footsteps Centenary Tour that combines following in the footsteps of the Canadian Corps in the last hundred days of the First World War with the centenary commemorations at Mons. Let us take you on a journey of discovery that begins near Villers-Bretonneux, to the east of Amiens where the Canadian Corps attacked alongside of the Australians on 8th August 1918, and follow them through to their final days at Mons and the armistice on 11th November 1918. Your Battlefield Guide will recount the story of the Canadian Corps in the last hundred days and pay tribute to many of the heroic Canadians that fought in these final epic battles across France and into Belgium. This once in a lifetime opportunity is not to be missed and will leave you with memories that will last forever.

10th November 2018

Full details are still to be announced for the commemorations that are taking place on 10th November 2018. However, today we will combine exploring the Mons battlefield area with joining the commemorations at Quiévrain Municipal Cemetery and Saint-Symphorien Cemetery as well as the inaugural and commemorative service at the new George Lawrence Price memorial near the place where he fell. Please note that there may be some adjustments to today's itinerary to suit.

11th November 2018

The Hundredth Anniversary Commemorations

Full details are still to be announced for the commemorations that are taking place on 11th November 2018. However, this morning we will join in the commemoration ceremony at the municipal cemetery of Mons to honour all of the men who fell during the various conflicts in the world and in the afternoon you will enjoy the liberation parade which is held in the Grand Place, Mons.

12th November 2018

After breakfast we drop you off at Lille for your onward journey.
