BATTLEFIELD TOURS with In the footsteps

At In the footsteps our aim is to provide a top quality battlefield tour service across the battlefields of Northwest Europe. Our tours fall into three categories: -

Personalised Tours - A range of tours that are personalised to your requirements. These battlefield tours are ideal for those wishing to “follow in the footsteps of heroes” on a battlefield tour looking at the actions of a specific military unit or battle in which they have an interest. They are designed for individuals and/or small groups that wish to have a tour specifically personalised for them so that they can see what they want to see and visit the battlefield sites important to them.

Tailor-made Tours - Our tailor-made tours are specifically designed for you. These battlefield tours are ideal for those wishing to “follow in the footsteps” of an ancestor or relative on a genealogy tour. They are designed for individuals and/or family groups that wish to have a tour designed specifically for them so that they can see where their ancestors fought and visit the battlefield sites important to them.

Group Tours - Our tour service for groups who wish to tour the battlefields of north-west Europe. These battlefield tours are ideal for large groups, such as a school, military unit, comrades association, club or organisation that want a battlefield tour for their members. These battlefield tours can be personalised to suit the requirements of the group and the battlefield being visited. They can be tailored to follow a theme to enable the group to achieve their specific aim for the tour.

A tour with In the footsteps takes you on a journey that is a truly unique experience and will leave you with memories that will last forever.

They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old:

At the going down of the sun and in the morning,
